Before the hen, there is the egg. Or is it the opposite ? Well, in architecture it is simpler : before a complete building, there are material plus constuction workers ! Some modelers are brave enough to represent construction (or demolition) sites, cranes, ephemeral structures... They do that, even knowing that their models could be replaced by another (representing the finished building). When I select these geomodels, they are visible in Google Earth. But in a few weeks or months, some of them will disappear from GE (replaced by a gleaming skyscraper or a modest house), but they will stay in this collection, in praise of the earlier modelers. ¤¤¤ The collection logo comes from a model by lenaren.
