In advance of the anniversary of the Allied landings on Juno Beach in Normandy, France, on June 6 1944, the Dominion Institute is held a competition for young designers. The Institute was challenging designers to model the site of the Juno Beach landings, located near Courseulles-sur-Mer, Normandy, France, for upload on Google Earth, the downloadable virtual globe program.
