We all wanted an easy way to save money and energy, and that's how we came up with the modlet. As environmentally-concerned citizens, we were surprised to learn that plugged-in appliances are the fastest-growing energy drain in homes and offices and that the number of new appliances that draw wasteful standby power is also on the rise. This growing pool of wasted energy use is unnecessarily bad for the environment and hurts everyone's wallets. Not to mention, manually unplugging appliances when they are not being used is quite inconvenient and impractical. So we got right to work and formed ThinkEco, in the hopes that we can help everyone save money and energy.
