Help Group Discussion • 'Overlaying' one texture over another, used to model a gabion structure • Two faces must be separated by at least an inch, or so • If too close to each other, the faces will 'fight' each other • Often referred to a 'z-fighting' • Both textures used are included with SketchUp, or with one of the additional libraries available from Google • The chain-link fencing material image has transparent 'holes' that will show through • Note that you should, for the chain-link faces, turn off 'cast shadows' and 'receive shadows' in the 'Entity Info' dialog box
