Located in Lower Manhattan, headquarters of Goldman Sachs Investments rises 443 Feet, 32 Stories. The building was completed in 1983 trapezoid plot next to the Fraunces Tavern Historic Block in Downtown Manhattan. The tower was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP.
Originally the massive 30 Hudson Street across the Hudson River in New Jersey was intended to be the New Headquarters for the Company when Completed in 2004. Despite being 781 Feet Tall and 42 Floors High the location was largly rejected by the company's financial executives. By 2009 a New Headquarters Building just North of the World Trade Center site should be completed.
