Designed by William Fernando Briceño Orjuela From: Ibague, Colombia Shelter location: Colombia Date submitted: August 25, 2009 This project is aimed at providing a space where people who live or visit Bogota, can take refuge from urban noise and simultaneously communicate with the natural environment. Its location is raised on the hill Mosterrate, characterized by tranquillity and excellent views of that city. However, it provides an adequate area for observing and contemplating the city and in turn provides inspiration for individuals who require it.
