The Athenaeum sits on the banks of the Wabash River. As in some of Meier's other works, the fae is clad in square, white, porcelain, steel-backed panels. Some critics have noted a resemblance to Le Corbusier's Villa Savoye. The Athenaeum received an AIA Honor Award in 1982. Model by Zach Moore.
