1921 Cars begin appearing, lights are put everywhere
1922 Plans for Whitewater Tower are made
1923 Construction for the tower begins, commercial buildings are constructed
1925 The old town is finally done, including renovations to the buildings

1929 Production suddenly drops dramaticaly
1930 Building projects are abandoned, people begin losing their jobs as the Great Depression began
