A mini strip mall of local shops/businesses. Bud's Clip Joint (80 year old traditional barber/barber shop), Cheney Tech (computer service/repair) and CPA office of Natasha Jernegan. The building is actually "repurposed". Was once a "do it yourself" carwash/stall operation. The modeler gets his haircut and the reliable local gossip at Bud's.
