This building was built next to the Shep Davis Plaza. Though it was built ten years after the Shep Davis Plaza was completed, this building was designed following Mediterranean Revival style architecture to fit into the area where this style was most popular. The style was inspired by Italian and especially Spanish architecture with the red roof tiles. Built in 1949, as an addition to the Shep Davis Plaza while that was being renovated.
