122 meters tall, 33 storey office building was finished in 1931. It is designed by Buchman & Kahn and represents Art Deco style. The setbacks on facades were due to the building regulations in the early 20th century. The building has a total of 55,700 square meters of cost-effective office space and attracts many non-profit organisations.
