Mixed use development - commercial and residential. Two storeys plus attic on street frontage; and two storeys with clipped eaves at rear. Built in 2004. At the front - two maisonettes over a row of four shops. Splayed gable end to this front building to maximise use of site. At the rear - two flats and a chalet house. Also a two storey communal entrance link block. Red brick walls with soldier courses. White PVCu casement windows. Gabled dormers on roofs - 'full gables' to the front block; and 'half gables' to the rear block. The entire complex is set out in a 'T' block arrangement in plan; and is stepped on the sloping site in section.
