Monument to Foguerer. Situated at the Plaza of Spain, Alicante.
Author: José Gutiérrez Carbonell (1924).
Chronology: 1982. Material: Concrete, stone and marble.
Dimensions: 6.50 x 2.70 x 3.40 m.
Description: A group of sculptures composed of three elements: a central concrete form on a flaming stone base, a second body semicircular concrete face of the hanging of three bronze figures representing a man, woman and child, and a third shows pink marble emptied two home runs in a circular shape in its center and arranged together to form a right angle. In the second body, semicircular panel, is an inscription referring to the dedication of the monument. Title to sculpture in marble and there is some signs of erosion.
