This is my design proposal to replace the WTC, as an architectural project for my 2nd Year BND Graphics Course at College. I will actually be making a model of this very soon. The entire tower is designed to move and change shape. It can spin round on its base at 130mph to adjust to wind turbulance, and the central main tower can sink into the ground (incase of terrorist attacks) while the triangular sides close to form an illuminati pyramid that fires high-energy laser beams at incoming flying objects from the All Seeing Eye, intentionally designed to conjure up conspiracy theories about the Evil US Government. At the top of the tower is an giant open hole with a beautiful open garden that also functions as an observation deck where you can view the entire city from a distance. You can also jump off and commit suicide too if you want. In addition, the tower can open up along the middle and form a V shape (that's why I have delibrately left a middle line right through the tower). Once in V formation, nuclear missiles can come flying out from the ground LOL.
