The 5th Street Building replaces the old Good News Building on the corner of Lincoln and 5th, across the street from the old Courthouse. Take a look at the crater on the aerial photos by turning off the 3D buildings layer. They were just starting the foundation of the current building when these aerials were taken in Oct 2003. The Good News Building exploded and burned from a gas leak in Winter 1994.
