Model of the latest Disneyland Mark VII monorail and the entire monorail track. The Mark VII is the latest in a series of monorails at Disneyland that started with the original Mark I that commenced operation on June 14 1959. The latest model is very similar to the original design. It was built in Rhode Island and assembled in Vancouver. It commenced operation on July 3, 2008. There are three of the latest monorail, Red, Blue and Orange. There is another version of the model in the 3D warehouse that is fully animated.
