This cabinet is simple to build from pre-cut width of 1" pine. It's deep enough to hold the large spice bottles from the warehouse club on the tops shelf. The three main shelves are layered to allow for two rows of spices bottles on each. The bottom is designed to hold a dispenser box of foil sheets. Both doors are hinged on the left (or right depending on your kitchen) with a magnetic or other closure for the bottom door to keep it closed when dispensing a sheet. 2 1"x 6" x 4' boards are needed for the sides - 1 1" x 6" x 6' board will be all you need for the shelves and 1 1" x 12" x 4' board will give you both doors.
