Built in 1983, this building contains thirty research and classroom labs, a rooftop observatory with telescopes for stargazing, a planetarium and a connecting path to Overman Hall. The planetarium is a 120-seat theater for viewing shows of more than 6,000 stars simulated by the Minolta planetarium projector. Students and area residents can attend planetarium shows.
