Grand Hi-Lai Hotel had it's grand opening in 1995 in Kaohsiung City with a New Classic Architecure risen up into the top 10 skyscraper in Taiwan. The lower floor is Hanshin Department Store, and it also ran up to the tallest income shopping center in southern Taiwan.
