The Cheel Campus Center is the hub of student activity on campus. It combines a student center with a 3,000-seat multipurpose arena. It also houses the mailroom, food court and student coffeehouse/pub. You'll often find students here for movies or enjoying entertainment by comedians and bands. Students like the fact that Clarkson has the only NCAA Division I hockey teams to allow all students free admission to home games. Students enjoy open seating right next to the pep band. The Arena is also used for concerts and other events like Commencement
