Mirax Plaza consists of a podium housing, luxury shops and restaurants as well as the two towers, which contains offices and upmarket residential apartments. At 197 meters, the taller tower is 47 storeys high; the smaller is 170m and 41 storeys. The very location of the complex is on the intersection Kutuzov Avenue and Kulnev Street, just opposite the Moscow-City International Business Center.
