The original Commerce Drive-In Marquee Board still stands at the corner of Union Lake and Richardson Road. The drive-in theatre opened on July 3, 1956. This single screen drive-in had a capacity for approximately 1000 cars. The Commerce Drive-In closed in September of 1990.
