This is a model of the apartment building at 5035 Biscayne Boulevard. It is designed in the original MiMo period, which was a architectural style influenced greatly by Art Deco and Streamline Moderne. This building with its strange eyebrows brings to mind old cars from the 1950s. It isn´t in great shpe currently and needs a renovation, or at least a paintjob.
