The exterior is conservative that fit in well with local context but interior is modern and comtemporary. The proposed living space is connected horizontally to the garden and vertically to the sky. Horizontally it flows out to the fenced private courtyard promoting indoor and outdoor living. Vertically the void acts as a visual link with first floor spaces. The void draws wonderful natural light from the skylights, encourage air circulation and promoting general ecological sustainable design (ESD) principles.
