Within 3 buildings, it house 7 spacious town homes each with direct street frontage, 3 bedrooms, 2 lock up garage, exclusive lift, private garden and within walking distance to shops and national park.
The exterior is conservative that fit in well with local context but interior is modern and comtemporary. The proposed living space is connected horizontally to the garden and vertically to the sky. Horizontally it flows out to the fenced private courtyard promoting indoor and outdoor living. Vertically the void acts as a visual link with first floor spaces. The void draws wonderful natural light from the skylights, encourage air circulation and promoting general ecological sustainable design (ESD) principles. The bi-fold timber screens on the patio and terrace act as a solar & privacy filter and aesthetically it is a striking feature for the development. Each dwelling has the option of installing an exclusive lift, travelling from its private lock up garage to ground or first floor. It is a unique design that generated by purchasers’ needs and high demand from the local community.
