Casino Aztar Hotel is a 12-story hotel on the riverfront in downtown Evansville, Indiana. The hotel and casino are a popular regional attraction. This post-modern building was designed by Hafer & Associates and opened in 1996. It is currently undergoing a renovation that will update all the guest rooms with new carpeting, furnishings, flat panel televisions, and glass enclosed showers by the end of 2012. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and thought it was just okay. Looking forward to the upgrades.
