This is Thorlabs' CP02B 30 mm cage assembly to post adapter. The model is not 100% visually correct, however the size and placement of the holes are. I did mess up on one of the holes because Sketchup likes to burb when you intersect two models with each other, but it is still great for sizing purposes.
