King's Reach Tower stands at 111m tall making it the second tallest building in Southwark after Guy's Tower. Built in 1978 the office has a total of 30 floors and 25,455 sq m of floorspace. The reason it looks so similar to Tower 42 is because they both share the same Architect.
Soon the building will be recladded and an extra 4 floors shall be added to the building making it 130m tall, still short of Guy's Tower by 13m.
