Designed by Gary Swart From: Atlantic Highlands, United States Shelter location: United States Date submitted: July 29, 2009 The structure is concrete and can be a fish shelter/artificial reef when the oceans rise. The canvas "rooms" are for various uses, study, rest, or a guest room and close like a tent. The canvas is attached with Velcro to facilitate change to a different material as the seasons change. The wooden shutters can be turned to let in or shut out the weather as necessary.
