The Orlando Public Library is the main library of the Orange County Library System (OCLS). The System is made up of 15 total locations, this one, and 14 branch locations. The 290,000 square foot building fills a whole city block. It was built with 19,000 cubic yards of concrete The current building was seamlessly expanded upon voter approval and reopened in 1986.
