Opened in 2007, it's the result of an ambitious project that combines classical urban-architectural and modern architecture. In the past, the building functioned as a women's prison (Carcel de Mujeres del Buen Pastor). Today it has an exhibition center, meeting room, local dining, a large dancing water fountain, water mirrors, modern sculptures and green spaces interspersed.
