The Old Post Office and Customs House is one of the historic gems in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It broke ground in 1873 with construction lasting until 1879. This Romanesque style building was designed by A.B. Mullet & Company of Washington, D.C. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
