Located in Buffalo, New York, the HSBC Arena was opened in September of 1996. Months later, the arena’s jumbotron fell to the ground, postponing a hockey game scheduled for that evening, and fortunately not causing anyone physical harm. The site serves as a multipurpose indoor arena and seats up to 18,690 people.
