The Sigwart Brewery is one of two remaining breweries in Weißenburg and has a history going back 550 years. Back in the middle ages the town of Weißenburg had around 20 breweries. The brewery is accompanied by a restaurant (separate model), but the beer can be enjoyed in several restaurants and pubs in and around the city.
