Old Fire Station building on Palmer Street in downtown historic district in Lowell. No longer in use as a fire station - built in 1889. One of the unusual ( to me) features of this building is a large tower placed on a flat roof. The building was extensively renovated and was the site of a farmer's market, then the Cafe Paradiso... now it is waiting for new tenants. Street view was not available for this building.
