This hotel is the little brother of the big perisian next door. They were both built in 1944, which is rather late for the arcitectural style Art Deco, so the style of these buildings is called MiMo, Miamo Modern. The façade is only decorated with pink surroundings of the bands of windows, and the tall right part is fluted and painted pastel yellow.
