Here's an DIY idea...24" wide steps consist of 6 3/4" rise and 11" tread at a 25deg. rotation around the center pipe for a floor to ceiling difference of about 10'. The design using Kee Klamp fittings makes for convenient assembly--no welding--a hex key locks the fittings into position [check out parts at www.simplifiedbuilding.com--- 60-8, 10-8, 84-8, 72-8]. The sketch could use a revision in the step-paddles...maybe a slightly less wide tread or even better..polygonal steps-paddles, angled to be slightly less wide near pole and wider near edge.
