1 West India Quay, built in 2004, is one the the most recent tall towers to have been built in Canary Wharf. The building stands at 111m tall and costed £220,000,000 to build. The building is a partly residential and partly hotel building. The bottom 12 floors belong to Marriott Hotel and floors 13-32 contail 158 appartments. Despite its height, Contary to Common believe this is not London's tallest residential building.
