Built in 1986, Phillips Point is the easternmost building in downtown West Palm Beach. The complex consists of two buildings (19 floors and 13 floors) and multiple built in parking garages. The buildings have an excellent view of the intercoastal waterway, Royal Palm Way Bridge, and the rest of Palm Beach. These buildings are some of the most instantly recognizable buildings in the city, due to its pink color.
