Newly rennovated Cornelia H. Allen Hall is well known as the home of WBFO, Buffalo's National Public Radio affiliate. It houses recording studios as well as a performance hall—the site of Opus Classics and other events. Allen Hall was originally named Frank Burkett Baird Hall, and built as the music building for a proposed fine arts center. Baird Hall is now the name of a building on the North Campus.
