This is the the 420 Building on Main Street in downtown Evansville, Indiana. This 18-story office building opened in 1970 and is the tallest building in the city. The ceremonial groundbreaking took place on December 15, 1967. It was designed by Kelley-Marshall & Associates in Oklahoma City.
