One of the seven Stalin skyscrapers, built in 1948-1954 years. designed by architects MV Posokhin, AA Mndoyantsa and designer MN Vohomskogo. The building consists of a central (24 floors, the height of the tower and spire - 156 meters) and lateral buildings (18 residential floors) comprising a single structural array, based on the general ground floor. Just building more than 450 kvartir.Obekt cultural heritage of regional significance.
