Designed by Eliezer Alejandro Rosado Albacarys From: Hatillo, Puerto Rico, United States Shelter location: United States Date Accepted: August 27, 2009 My shelter is designed to receive the best quality of light at all time during the day. It is located on the south side of Isla de Mona Island, Puerto Rico. Mona Island is a natural reserve where scientists, ecologists and students visit to explore its ecosystems. This Island lacks potable water and utilities. The shelter imitates the form of the cliff that surrounds Isla de Mona.
