The Chase Building, not to be confused with the Chase Tower in Phoenix, is a small highrise in Downtown Tucson. It was constructed in 1929, and is considered by many to be Tucson's "first skyscraper." The building has eleven floors and has a total height of 142 feet. It was owned by the banking company Valley National in it's early years. In 1993, Valley National merged into Bank One, causing the name of the building to change respectively. In 2004, Bank One merged with Chase, and the name of the building changed again to it's current name. In 2003 the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places. (The Model's "house" icon was misplaced on Google Earth. I fixed that along with a texture issue and some missing components.]
