Welcome to the Louisiana Longhorn Cafe. The best Cajun food west of the Sabine River. The proprietors of LLC are all from Louisiana and we have tried to recreate the culinary experiences that we grew up with. All our recipes are authentic, in most cases they are "borrowed" from someone's grandfather, aunt, uncle, mother, or father. In Louisiana men do a lot of the cooking. We learned at an early age to eat things that we get from mother nature as well as from the grocery store. Also some other stores located next to the cafe.
