As of March 2012, the new location of the Leeds office ENVIRON Environmental Consultancy. Following description from Broadgates Leeds' website. Broad Gate is a landmark 300,000 sq ft mixed use development located in the heart of Leeds city centre. It boasts the largest Grade A office floor plates available anywhere within the city centre together with 4 flagship retail units and stunning penthouse office suites.
Broad Gate delivers 168,750 sq ft of Grade A office space with vast floor plates of 40,000 sq ft and can accommodate for a range of occupiers with office requirements from 2,088 sq ft.
Originally built in 1932, the stunning transformation of this Leeds landmark is now complete. Finished to a spectacular specification throughout, the modern office space enjoys unique design features that include an impressive double height reception and a breathtaking full height atrium, overlooked by each of the office floors and crossed by elegant glazed walkways.
The retail units at Broad Gate are now fully let with Clas Ohlson joining the development alongside retailers Sainsbury's, TK Maxx and Argos.
