PARIS (Paper Aircraft Released Into Space) was a project started by the online magazine The Register whose aim was to fly a plane made from paper back to earth after being released from a helium balloon - see http://www.theregister.co.uk/science/paris/. This is a conversion of the official 3D model released in .dwg format. I've tidied it up to remove redundant lines and so on. The model includes the outer paper skin and inner structure (which was made from paper straws!). SCALE is 1:1 (mm).
