Designed by Luis Garrido-Vázquez From: Pamplona, Spain Shelter location: Finland Date submitted: August 17, 2009 Functions: Studying, sleeping, reading, preparing hot and cold drinks, storing and self-washing. Materialization: Site with distinct functions through the articulation of spaces and treatment of floors, cladding, roofing and vents. Integration into the environment: Through the materials used (wood, cooper, concrete and glass) and it horizontal-vertical composition (the same as the trees on the land). The roof is inspired in the flight of a seagull over the sea.
