This is a newly constructed building complex at 411 Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach. It replaced the old main library building and has become part of the revitalization of downtown West Palm. The complex was completed in 2008, and is located next to the PB county courthouse. The building is also home to the new WPB City Hall.
