Carnsore Point Wind Farm in the south-east of Ireland was completed in November 2002 and was the first wind farm on the east coast of Ireland By Hiberian Wind Power Commercial Operation Date: November 2002 Capacity: 11.9MW. This wind park provides enough electricity to power between 10,000 - 12,000 homes per year. Technology: 14 x Vestas V52 turbines Emission Reductions per year: 24,000 tonnes of CO2 145 tonnes of SOX 106 tonnes of NOX
